I was watering the flowers at work in Fairbanks. My boss walked by and told me that I shouldn’t be watering the flowers because I was going to drown them. I told him that the flowers needed water since we had had no rain.

He walked away and came back with an expert to tell me that I was wrong. I gave in and said that I didn’t want to water the plants any more. Or give them food, I said, because the only way to give the plants food is through water.

I was then sitting around a table with a large group of college students. I wore only a sarong tied around my chest. I wanted to seduce someone, anyone, but no one was looking at me.

I stood and walked toward the same door I see a man walking toward. I untied my sarong as I walked and he opened the door for me. I handed him the purple and white fabric and told him that I wouldn’t go through the door dressed like this.

I pulled on my nice and tight jeans, rummaged around for a good top to wear, and pulled out ribbed tank that unbuttoned very low. I could overhear someone talking about the pop singer’s line of clothing and how it was so hideous that only three people bought anything from it. I looked at the tank in my hand and knew that I couldn’t wear it if everyone thought it is rubbish.

Then I was sitting in a large ship with the captain. He sat 20 feet to my left and faced in the opposite direction as me. The doors closed and he looked at me.

I wondered if we were going to take off, and wondered how that mistake could have happened: we weren’t supposed to take off yet. But we do. The captain used the lower gravity inside the ship to get to a pole with lines to pull himself up, up, up. I followed him.

We were understaffed, but we had to get back to earth. Another crewman was walking down a hallway unaware that we were in space. He noticed some weird shadows out a window. When he looked out, he saw a large fleet of ships waiting, but for what we did not know.

The more he looked the ships were not floating in space, but on the water. And so were we.
