Dream Journal
I was a man and had been locked into a small grassy area by the ruler of my town. I walked the perimeter of my small area and found that I would be able to get over the laser fence at one end. I waited until no one was around and jumped over the fence, making sure no part of my body touched the lasers.
On the other side of the fence I jumped into a boat that I had a friend drop off earlier. I pushed off with my hands and tried to steer the small wooden boat in the river as best I could without any oars. The river curved sharply to the right back toward the town. I got out of the boat and hoped no one would recognize me as the man who had been banished.
I bartered with a woman in a long skirt for some provisions for my long journey. A guard may have spotted me, so I darted back towards my boat only to find that I had forgotten to tie it up; it had floated away and smashed against some rocks.
I looked up the hill at the grassy area I had been in earlier. A sheep was inside the fence and I briefly wondered what it was doing in there when the sheep walked through the fence. She had gone through right where three vertical red lasers were; one sliced through the center of her skull and the other two went through the sides of her head.
I was mortified to see an animal wander through that, but even more amazed that the sheep did not die. There were slight indentations on her head where the lasers had passed through, but she was still alive and walking toward me. I knew that she would be retarded now because the lasers went through her brain, and it would only be a matter of time before she died.
