I was part of a small group of castaways. We had made a life for ourselves in a deserted area and had become quite comfortable. We found out about an invasion coming from the south and sent a scout to check on the invader’s distance from our home and their progress.

While the scout was gone we removed all evidence of our life. The larges man in our group held large paddles over his shoulders. An extremely large clock was released from the cliff wall and landed on his shoulder paddles; he took the clock away to hide it.

The scout returned and told us that the invaders were right around the corner. We attacked them while we still had the element of surprise. I had a knife and stabbed and sliced at everyone that came my way.

I sliced one girl’s throat but she wasn’t hurt by the wound. She was about my age. I dropped my knife and stabbed her repeatedly with a white Bic pen. She wouldn’t die. She had very long dark hair; I put my arm around her neck and pulled backwards with a lot of force, hoping to break her neck. She did not struggle or fight back, but her neck would not break.

I let go of her and she followed her group north, as a different group from the north headed south. I ran north to see where that king was going and what they were like, then ran south to inspect that king. I needed to decide which king I would follow.

I ended up following the king who was going north. We made it to a secret dungeon chamber and sat down at a long elegant table for an elaborate dinner. I sat with Tina and the girl I had tried to kill—the princess—at the end opposite the king. Everyone was dressed elaborately except me; I felt out of place.
