Tina, Melissa and I got onto an amusement park ride. The ride was brand new and was a bright blue and lime green. Once we were strapped in, the operator (my old band conductor), asked me if I wanted to control the ride for its first spin.
Very excited about it, I got out and quickly went to the control panel. Pressing a large white rubber pad starts the ride. When I pressed the pad, nothing happened. I pressed it numerous times and yielded the same results. Tina and Melissa get off the ride and go to the bathroom while I work on getting it started. I press the white pad with both of my hands and most of my weight and the ride starts while Tina and Melissa are still gone.
Next to the white pad are a number of colored square controls that make the ride move in random ways. The ride is situated inside of a room with paneled walls.
I pushed on the red pedal; it made one part of the ride elevate. This part scrapes the wall of the room. The room is not large enough for everything this ride can do. I press the red pedal again to make the section go back down.
